# Review Process

A WoooAIHub review moves from structured intake to evidence screening, category fit, disclosure checks, and a documented publication state.

## Intake

Capture the submission type, identity, contact path, working source, use case, category, pricing or access context, integrations, proof, limitations, and consent.

## Screening

Check whether the object is accessible, understandable, relevant to AI adoption, and represented with enough evidence for the proposed fields.

## Evidence and disclosure

Verify material claims where practical, identify missing information, document relationships, and mark uncertain signals as Verification in progress.

## Decision and maintenance

A record may be listed, returned for more information, rejected, archived, corrected, or removed. Publication is not permanent and does not imply endorsement.

## 接收

记录提交类型、身份、联系方式、有效来源、使用场景、分类、定价或访问方式、集成信息、证据、限制与授权。

## 初筛

检查对象是否可访问、易理解、与 AI 采用相关，并具备足够证据支持拟发布字段。

## 证据与披露

在可行范围内核实重大声明，标记缺失信息、记录关联关系，并将不确定信号保留在“人工核验中”状态。

## 决策与维护

记录可能被收录、退回补充信息、拒绝、归档、更正或移除。发布并非永久，也不代表背书。
