Rules should protect the discussion worth keeping.

WoooAIHub is for people making real decisions about AI tools, workflows, and implementation. These rules reduce information asymmetry, protect good-faith disagreement, and make useful work easier to verify.

Conduct

Challenge claims without diminishing people.

Direct, rigorous disagreement is welcome when it helps someone inspect the evidence or make a safer decision.

Do

Assume good faith until the record shows otherwise.
Critique the method, evidence, incentives, and consequences.
Correct errors openly and preserve useful context.
Make room for newcomers and cross-cultural communication.

Hard boundaries

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual abuse, or dehumanizing language.
No doxxing, impersonation, stalking, fraud, or coordinated manipulation.
No spam, engagement farming, fabricated evidence, or deceptive links.
Do not evade a restriction through another account or person.

Contribution craft

Make the next person able to inspect, reproduce, and decide.

A short post can be excellent. Completeness means including the fields that change the answer, not maximizing word count.

A useful question includes

Decision or outcome needed
Current workflow, environment, and relevant versions
Minimal inputs, expected output, and actual result
Exact reproduction steps and failure point
What you already tried and what changed
Evidence or source links, with secrets and personal data removed

A trustworthy answer does

Separate verified fact, inference, experience, and opinion.
Reproduce the issue when possible; otherwise say clearly that you did not.
Link primary sources, state the relevant date or version, and quote sparingly.
Name trade-offs, limits, safer alternatives, and conditions that would change the answer.
Disclose any material relationship before making a recommendation.

If the full reproduction record cannot be shared, explain the boundary and provide a sanitized minimum example. Never invent missing details.

AI assistance

AI may assist the work. It cannot inherit accountability.

You may use AI for drafting, translation, summarization, research support, code, or formatting when doing so improves a genuine contribution.

The author remains responsible

Disclose material AI assistance; personally verify sources, calculations, code, safety, and privacy; correct errors; and answer follow-up questions. Do not bulk-post raw model output, synthetic replies, or lightly altered copies across threads.

No detector-only punishment. Automated AI-content scores are uncertain signals, not proof. Moderation must rely on observable content or behavior, documented context, and human review; a detector score alone cannot support a warning, restriction, suspension, or ban.

Commercial firewall

Money may support the commons. It cannot purchase community truth.

Commercial participation is allowed only when the relationship and incentive are visible at the point of contribution.

Must be disclosed

Employment, ownership, clients, affiliates, sponsorship, referral fees, free access or products, investment, and any other incentive a reasonable reader would consider material.

Promotion belongs in its lane

Use the designated launch or commercial area, add decision-useful context, and do not disguise ads as independent reviews, user stories, or grassroots support.

Never for sale

Payment, sponsorship, or partnership cannot buy ranking, a best-answer mark, an honor or badge, moderator protection, favorable enforcement, or deletion and suppression of good-faith criticism.

Privacy & safety

Public discussion is not a safe place for secrets.

Share the minimum information needed to understand the issue. Redact first, then re-read the attachment, screenshot, logs, and metadata before posting.

Never post

Passwords, API tokens, private keys, session cookies, recovery codes, private prompts, non-public source code, customer data, personal identifiers, private communications, or confidential contracts.

If exposure occurs

Do not quote or redistribute it. Flag the post privately, rotate or revoke the credential immediately, preserve only the minimum incident record, and follow the affected organization’s response process.

Bring the right to share, not only the ability to copy.

Post your own work, licensed material, public-domain material, or a limited excerpt that you are lawfully entitled to use.

Credit the creator and link the source; include the license when one applies.
Quote only what is needed for the discussion; do not republish full paid or copyrighted works.
Do not share pirated files, stolen datasets, paywall bypasses, or removal instructions.
Rights holders may use the report route with the work, source, ownership basis, affected URL, and requested action.

Reports & appeals

Report privately. Appeal with the record.

Do not start a public pile-on. Use the forum’s flag action when available, or the routes below when you cannot safely report inside the forum.

Report

Include the affected URL, rule involved, concise evidence, relevant dates, immediate safety risk, and your relationship to the matter. Remove unrelated personal data and never resend an exposed secret.

Identify the decision, date, account or content, the specific error you believe occurred, and new context or evidence. Disagreement alone is not misconduct, and appealing will not add a penalty.

These are operating goals, not guaranteed service levels or absolute SLAs. Volume, time zones, evidence, legal process, safety, and case complexity may change timing or available action. We will not invent a resolution deadline we cannot support.

Enforcement

Use the least severe action that can stop the harm.

Moderators consider severity, intent, impact, repetition, power imbalance, cooperation, and prior history. Similar facts should lead to similar treatment; context can justify a different result.

Guide
Clarify the rule, request an edit, add context, move a post, or merge a duplicate.

Limit
Hide harmful material, close a thread, issue a warning, or temporarily limit posting.

Suspend
Use a time-bounded suspension for serious harm, repeated violations, evasion, or coordinated manipulation.

Remove
Reserve permanent removal for severe or persistent abuse, fraud, exploitation, or safety threats after review.

Emergency exceptionCredentials, doxxing, credible threats, exploit instructions, or active fraud may be hidden immediately to limit harm. The action must be logged and sent for prompt independent review; emergency removal is not a finding of guilt.

Moderator accountability

Community power needs a visible brake.

Moderators enforce these rules; they do not own the truth, and their commercial or personal relationships do not change the standard.

Recusal

A moderator must disclose and step away when they, their employer, client, partner, close collaborator, or direct dispute has a material interest. Another qualified reviewer takes the case.

Two-person review

A suspension longer than 30 days, permanent ban, final denial of an appeal, or action involving commercial pressure requires two qualified reviewers. If two are not available, only a temporary safety measure may remain until an independent second review occurs.

Decision record

Material actions record the rule, evidence considered, action, duration, reviewer, conflicts checked, and appeal route. Private data and abuse-enabling detail may remain confidential.
