Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Request name, contact name, company or team, required email, and optional contact details
• Website, category, commercial or access notes, platform or relationship notes, and the message you submit
• Submission type, source page, selected language, consent version, consent time, and submission time
• For anonymous portal activity: event name, an allow-listed public page pathname, interface surface, a public catalog slug or bounded filter or search-scope value, numeric query length and result or action count, and event time. A submission-start event contains only the submission type, not the form contents
• For authorized administration: the action name, affected content or setting key, status surface, and event time under the shared administrator session

Social sign-in

If you choose a social sign-in provider that WoooAIHub has enabled, the community records the provider name, a stable identifier for your account with that provider, and the time the provider link or login is created or used. Depending on the provider, your authorization, and the information available from that account, WoooAIHub may also receive a verified email address, display name or suggested username, and avatar. The current implementation does not persist the provider's OAuth access token or refresh token. This information is used only to register or sign you in, associate the provider with your community account, and protect account security. You can unlink a provider from your account and may request account deletion; unlinking may require you to keep another sign-in method available. Information handled by the provider remains subject to that provider's privacy policy and account controls.

Data we do not record for portal activity

The first-party activity log does not store IP addresses, User-Agent strings, advertising identifiers, visitor or device IDs, session IDs, full referrer URLs, raw search terms, form contents, email addresses, or contact details. Events are not linked across pages, and event counts or action ratios are not presented as unique people or unique conversions.

How we use information

• Review tool, provider, product-direction, service, and partnership requests
• Check completeness and ask for clarification or supporting evidence
• Maintain review and shared-administrator action trails
• Count homepage, search, Tools, Recipes, successful-copy, submission-start, official-site, and community-route actions
• Operate language preferences, site security, and form reliability

Sharing and retention

We do not sell submitted contact information or first-party activity data. Public portal events are pruned on service startup and during activity processing after the configured retention period, which can be 7–365 days and defaults to 90 days. Shared-administrator action events are pruned after 365 days. Submission records may be kept longer for manual review, follow-up, integrity, security, and legal needs. Do not submit personal or confidential information that is not necessary for a request.

External destinations and limits

WoooAIHub can count a same-site request to leave for an official tool site or the community forum. Direct or cross-site requests are excluded from these click counts. It cannot see what you do after the third-party destination opens unless that destination separately provides information under its own policy.

Your choices

You may ask WoooAIHub to stop contacting you about a request, correct submitted information, or request deletion where applicable. Use the Service Inquiry route with the subject 'Privacy request'. Some records may still be retained where needed for security, legal, or record-integrity reasons.
